You may have wondered why OSU continues to win. The attached shows we
have influence in high places. Urban Meyer of Florida is an OSU grad
and assistant at one time. It's all in the family.
This is to bring you up to date on the world's oil production. In
1956, a geologist at Shell Oil predicted that the US oil production
would peak in the 1970s. He was right on as US oil production peaked
in 1970. He predicted in 1969 that the world's oil production would
peak in 2001. Now a professor of geology at Princeton has updated
Hubberts work and predicts that the world's oil production will peak on
November 24, 2005. I wonder why Andy Yarrington's fourth birthday will
be the day of Hubberts world oil production peak. Has Andy been using less oil since he was
born in 2001? It looks as though there will be enough oil for the next century.
